Yam flour (elubo) is a dried & powdered starchy tuber yam root, mostly cultivated and harvested in West Africa. It is rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber, nutrients, and vitamins. Its flavors range from bland to earthy, slightly smoky in taste, or nutty and only moderately sweet.
